How To Marinate Beef in Just 5 Easy Steps
Hey have you managed to watch my style of marinating beef?
I mentioned here
that my marinating process depended mainly on the cuts of beef I get.
So i stumbled upon this BEEF KARUBI,
similar to the beef cuts for a Beef Sukiyaki dish
....and this is how I marinate them.
For which dish?
Beef Steak as usual! Never gets tired of this deliscioso dish! Recipe here

Karubi is angus boneless short ribs! Awesome. I love ribs!!
I love how rich it looked from its packaging so I carted it while doing my groceries.
This is probably the simplest marinade I do for a beef.
But it's flavourful.
The 3 basic ingredients you need are :
soy sauce
garlic
calamansi
1. Pound (do not chop nor mince) garlic and do not remove peel as well.
2. Rub your beef with the pounded garlic.
3. Sprinkle calamansi juice and do not remove seeds.
4. Pour in soy sauce.
5. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours.
As for me I marinate them up to 48 hours so that it turns out more flavorful. You can now use them for your beef steak; or simply grill them with butter or....whatever dish you wish to make ; as long as these beef deemed fit.
