David Beckham Signature Him EDT
Dupe or Dud of L'eau D'issey by Issey Miyake?
I think Le Mister would soon lock up his own vanity drawer. The Le Wifey is still trying to ransack his fragrance sets hehe.
You know the thing with perfumes right?
What might smell good TO you might not smell good ON you.
So I always stalk hubs' perfume collection. Naughty me #excusesexcuses
My Thoughts
A fresh low key scent. Woodsy yet playful. When worn after an hour, it transcends to a masculine yet flirty vibe.
Some say it's perfect for spring, but it's too sexy and IMO is more apt for classy night outs. A great dupe for L'eau D'issey by Issey Miyake. The L'eau D'issey by Issey Miyake is also woody, however leans more on the aquatic-woody notes; and lasting power is well, expected to be double. This one stays on for like an hour or two before it goes totally poof.
Bottle has in impressive design; far from being cheapo lookin'. It was designed in pink nuances by Lutz Herrmann, and inspired by the architecture of big cities.
In order to improve their line of perfumes Victoria and David Beckham presented another two perfumes in cooperation with Coty and these will be available from September 2008.
Signature for Him is a fresh woody-oriental fragrance, created in cooperation of the Beckhams with perfumer Beatrice Piquet of International Flavors & Fragrances. It opens with notes of mandarin watermelon and sea notes. The heart includes South African bush Lantana blossom, cypress and juniper,
while the base encompasses oakmoss, white amber and patchouli.
