HAUL: The M.A.C Marilyn Monroe Collection [In-Store Swatches]

Have you bite in to the MAC Marilyn Monroe Collection yet?

I was on a limbo whether to get them 

but it just keeps on getting pushed down the bottom of my shopping list.

But then Santa E, the usual himself,

surprised me by poppin' by after my Bikram sez and when saw my huffish face?

Huffed & Puffed the magic 3 words:

Shop. On. Me.

And then that's it.

Got escorted by 4 peeps just for this but for a different 'agenda'

MAC Marilyn Monroe Collection ..it deserves the LE taG IMO.

Main focus was the lipstick range of course,

since they are like blardyhell sold out 

and were usually the first ones to say adieu.

I did not bother to check out  Pure Zen & Love Goddess;

checked out the blushes too but the shades were similar to 

a few within their permanent line;

plus they were so sheer (Both Legendary & The Perfect Cheek );

Shoot, they were that invincible on my skin. 

I collect red shades yes, but inspite of my topak. . . 

I must swatch 'em on my lips.

MAC Marilyn Monroe Lipsticks :

Deeply Adored - vampy red ; opaque color coverage and a modern matte finish

Charmed, Im sure -  darkened true red  (though it did not look actually that dark in my eyes); matte finish. With subtle blue undertones as well as opaque color coverage. 

Scarlet Ibis - reddened orange; has that  natural matte finish; opaque color coverage. Two words. Matte bright.  (its brightness was not up to my alley*)

Features they do have in common? 

Opaque. Smooth application. Full coverage.
