"THIS PRODUCT HAS BEEN DISCONTINUED"
Just like the so-called 'perfect' guy who vanishes after a few great dates, our holy grail make-up can disappear without any warning or so. I was like a mad cow when I found out that Clinique actually did this. Clinique Superfit Makeup has been my all-time fave (liquid) foundation from their line. I may adore this brand yes, however I must admit that not all their products are suited for me. The Superfit was one who made it to the cut, but lo and behold they marked with the big D for DISCONTINUED! Currently, I still have a few amount left in the bottle and it breaks my heart seeing it diminish everyday emo sniff.
Clinique has already made its mark on the industry so if you haven't started dipping your feet yet with this brand, I suggest you do so.

✿ Clinique Superfit Makeup
CLINIQUE CLAIMS:
A long-wearing, oil-free liquid foundation that draws perspiration and excess oil away from skin's surface for a cleaner look and feel. The patented formula wicks away sweat and excess oil, keeping even your T-zone fresh, fit, and free of midday shine or 5 p.m. fadeout. It stays smooth all day, and provides a natural finish regardless of stress or high humidity. Skin Types 2, 3 & 4 (Dry Combination to Oily)
✍
My take on this shade: 05 Neutral . I am Skin type 3 (combination oily)
WHAT I LIKE ABOUT THE PRODUCT
- packaging: squeeze bottle; thus easier to control how much to use; hygienic is a + too
- consistency: watery & light yet gives that moderate-full coverage
- oil-free; it doesn't bead off when I sweat
- no need for primer; i even skip concealer at times
- sets by itself- no need for powder; however if you want more oil control throughout the day, by all means use powder
- lasting power is superb; my oil is at bay for approx 6-8 hours
- the name Clinique equates to no breaking-out; dermatologist-tested & fragrance free
WHAT I DO NOT LIKE ABOUT THE PRODUCT
- lacks SPF
- DISCONTINUED
- wicked price but I'd say it's worth it (can last me for 2-3months); last time I checked it was around PHP1,750 (approx USD39/SGD52) at the counters
FINAL THOUGHTS
It's very 'neutral' as the name gives, works like second skin. I use a stippling brush if I want an almost airbrush finish (MAC187); there's no need to buff real hard just to achieve that look. I opt for a paddle brush for heavier coverage. Just blend it well and it will be your skin. This is really best for oily skin. I get an oil-free nose for almost 6-8 hours. Use your holy grail powder and it will definitely add you an extra 2-4 hours or so. Well am still disheartened by the fact that they discontinued this-apparently when you ask Clinique for the best next alternative product, they'd usually recommend the Clinique Superbalanced Makeup. In which I have as well and will post a comparative review on them.
