British fashion label French Connection has officially opened its new flagship store at Marina Bay Sands last April 2011. A fresh in-store virtual merchandising concept has also been rolled out alongside the label's re-entry into the Singapore market.

The minimalistic boutique is located at Basement Two of The Shoppes, and spans a spacious 150 sq m.

All pieces from the latest French Connection collection - which are inspired by preppy British influences and French Riviera chic are carefully laid out in a mix-and-match manner on the store's display racks, enabling customers to put together an outfit easily.

"With this new concept, our shoppers will no longer require a personal shopper to show them how to mix and match their clothes, as a solution is provided," said Miss Natalie Wang, assistant marketing manager of Kai Yan, the British label's newly appointed local distributor.
