A mauvey FOTD during the OLAY Presscon at the Mandarin Hotel. I used a bronze eyeliner instead of black. Anyone can actually pull off a mauve toned look, just remember to choose shades which should mimic your natural flush. It should look like you just went for a run and didn't put any tinge of blush at all. In this way the red is canceled out and then I just add a nude blush, or a bronzer which helps to make my eyes stand out. Another thing that works for me is, if I wear a mauve color eyeshadow, it needs to be more brown than pink coz I found out that when I do wear this look, I have to use a foundation or powder that has no pink tones in it at all. I steer clear from wearing blush you see. My cheeks are severely irritated when I wear too much blush, so I have to use them in the mildest way possible.

My Mandarin Hotel Buffet Meal. 2 out of 5. My palate was doused in darkness of tasteless menu selections that particular day. Blame my tounge for that, but when I looked around I noticed that 8 out of 10 people sitting on the same table with me also didn't touch their food. It was a lunch hour and people were mostly opting for coffee?!
At least, this slice of orange didn't fail me.
