Deborah Lippmann Blue Orchid

Blue Orchid. Blossoming baby blue (crème). Not a cloud on your nails. 

This soft hue is like the sky on a sunlit afternoon - blissfully blue.

Overall Thoughts 

• Deborah Lippmann might be expensive but they do give me 5 reasons to get it: great pigment so it goes on opaque; fast-drying; salon-like finishing touch; cruelty-free; long wearability.
• Blue Orchid is a beautiful pastel caribbean blue shade; I don't find it too bold either.
• As this shade is really creamy yet opaque; it is tough to apply. If not carefully done , say hello to streaks. I have to shake the bottle more often in between applications just to get a right consistency. My first time to encounter such a strange formula from DL.
• I was satisfied after 2 coats; the swatches in the pics  below were done without any base and top coat.
• Get a tan and this shade would rock your world. 

Vendetta, my annoyingly cute holland lop bunny was trying sooo hard to get my attention 

while I was doing my nails haha! 

She asks to be petted so I stroke her ears and body to make her happy 

(please note that she was not harmed in any way here..

just in case some might react and say I was pulling her ears or something)

The baby blue shade goes well with her black and white fur tho hehe so adorbs!
