Recommended Food / Cuisine

Hi hi!
Here are my two recommended eats from BANQUET, Vivo City. Do note that they are dishes/cuisines I recommend, as I cannot fully vouch for the entire stall itself. Thing is, I only order these two whenever I am at Vivo City's Banquet (Food Court). This is the one beside the McDonalds & MRT Station of Harbourfront; please be not confused and mistaken it as the Food Republic (which is situated beside the Sentosa Rail Station).

North Indian (Halal)
This (food court) stall serves the best naan (Indian flat) bread, believe you me. They are always served fresh, fluffeh and aside from being soft, come on it's huge compared to others. These are made on the spot. You can ideally pair it with chicken curry; and I love that it's non-oily too. You break off a piece of the naan and sorta use it as a spoon to pick up the curry, and then it's nomnom gewdness! The way they make the top ends crispy just makes the bread more delish! Also best when shared with your partner. So yummy when it's served hot and freshly-made , oh boy.

 Yong Tau Fu (Halal)
I always always eat Yong Tau Foo with rice. Don't ask why haha. Nah. I am not fond of noodles! If i recall correctly, their YTF is priced at SGD4.50<?> for a  7-pc bowl. That bittergourd or ampalaya is a must for my soup, top it off with seaweed! I can actually be full with those two alone. Then the rest I just get those assorted balls (fishballs, squidballs..etc..) and sometimes crabmeat.
Yong Tau Foo is a clear consomme soup dish which consists of various bite-sized food items such as fishballs, bittergourd, chilli, tofu, fried wantons or rolls, seafood and meats common in Chinese cuisine. You basically choose your items (6-7) then they will boil it; except for those fried ones. Then you can enjoy that hot steaming clear soup over lunch , so healthy and yummy.

Please if you know of other good stuff to try at Banquet, share below!
I find that their Western food, chicken rice are all too oily #ehmargerd!
Thanks for reading
